Responsibilities:

职责与工作任务：   

? Issue purchasing order with related docs, drawings, etc according to the shipping requirement.

   根据出运需求以及库存状况，及时开出采购订单并附相关的文件、图纸等；   

? Monitor suppliers manufacturing process, and communicate with them to ensure the required quantity and delivery date; update old purchasing order and reschedule it according to the required date;

   跟踪供应商生产进度，及时联系供应商保证公司出货需求的数量和交期；及时更新过期订单，按需求时间重新排定交期；   

? Periodiclly review the delivery quantity and invoice of the suppliers; 

  定期与供应商核对送货数量并核对供应商开具的发票；   

? Coopereate with the MFG planner to review the difference of WIP with actual quantity, and ensure the delivery quantity is correct;

    协同生产计划员核对WIP实际数量差异，保证供应商交货数量的准确；   

? Communicate with the suppliers and close the finished purchasing order (invoive reviewed).

   对已执行完毕的（包括财务发票已核）/与供应商沟通后无需执行采购订单及时关闭。

Requirements:

任职资格：

? College or above

大专以上学历  

? Over two year working experience;

有2年以上工作经验；  

? Can use Microsoft Office Software

会使用办公软件

? Experience in warehouse prefereed;有工厂仓库经验优先

Magelec Propulsion is a complete electric powertrain manufacturer, producing permanent magnet axial flux motor generator units, IGBT and SiC MOFSET based motor control units and geared transmissions. We create the most power dense, light weight axial flux powertrain solutions in the world. Developed for motorsport or daily commercial duty, out compact, light weight designs reduce powertrain mass, improving vehicle performance, increasing payload and range.
