Job purpose:

主要职责

-. Investigate, sourcing, negotiating and make agreement with supplier and achieve target of cost saving.

调查,开发新供应商,为降低成本和供商进行谈判并达成协议.
-. Review purchase requirement and execute purchase and payment to make sure raw material available on time with reasonable inventory level at incoming lowest cost.

审核采购需求,根据需求进行采购,保证原料按时到达,确保合理的安全库存量.
Job tasks:
-. Investigation and Study of China supplier market for technologies/services.

从技术和服务方面去调查研究中国供应商市场
-.Strategic purchase planning including sourcing priority, yearly saving target and implementation plan.

战略采购计划:包括优先采购,年度成本降低目标和实施方案
-. Sourcing, evaluating and negotiating with potential supplier of purchase price, and commercial terms etc..

与潜在供应商采购、评估和谈判采购价格,及商务条款等
-. Reviewing and updating purchase contract with suppliers.

回顾和更新采购合同条款的执行与供应商。
-. Managing and evaluating suppliers on quality and delivery performance .

管理和评估供应商质量和交货期的性能。
-. Issue purchase orders regularly to suppliers via ERP system, follow up with supplier the delivery time , Qty and other delivery issue .

定期通过ERP系统向供货商发出购货订单,跟进供应商的交货时间、数量和其他交货的问题
-. Coordinate with supplier, quality, production and warehouse for any delivery, quality issue.

协调供应商、公司质量、生产、储存任何关于交货,质量问题。
-. Analyze, control raw material inventory level and take action to minimize dead, slow mover stock.

分析、控制原材料库存水平和采取行动减少周转周期停滞或是缓慢的存货。
-. Arrange payment to supplier.

1.Steel forged with mold(not free forged)

2.Laser with steel disk

3.Flame cutting disk( 45mm thickness)

5.Aluminiu casting

铝制铸造材料
6.Machinery by CNC lathe,milling (Aluminium and steel material)

数控车床、铣床用机器(铝和钢材料)
7.seamless tube (raw material 42CrMo)

无缝钢管(原材料 42CrMo)

8.Plastic mold and plastic part (PA6:PP)

塑料模具和塑料制品（PA6:PP）
