Education / Experience
1. BA degree or above in computer, chemistry, Mechanical Engineering or E. Electronic etc.
2. At least 6-8 years working experience. Supply Chain/Materials/Procurement working experience

3. Multi-National Company working experience is plus. Any project management or procurement experience is plus.
4. Good English Communication Skill (Listening, Speaking, Writing) and good Microsoft Computer Knowledge & Skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project …).
5. Good MRPII concepts

1. Good team player
2. Open and aggressive personality, capability of working under the pressure. Result oriented and self managed.
3. Good Communication Skill and Independent Problem solving capability.
4. Discipline and Execution excellent

Major Responsibilities:
Materials Operation
1) leverage with global commodity manager for the key and critical commodity allocation and leverage with supplier for supply assurance
2) leverage with QA and planning team to ensure supplier quality on tracking and continuously improvement
3) Main driver and overall coordinator for supplier performance score card and improvement
4) Lead to ensure all readiness for new materials /source readiness from operation point of view to support materials delivery and cost effective
5) Good assistant to Procurement Head in term of supplier base development, commercial terms negotiation.
6) Performance other duties assigned by Procurement Head.
7) Performance other duties assigned by Sr. Procurement Head.
