Primary Objective of the position:

The employee working in this position is expected to resolve these major problems:

Grow sales and profitability for the organization in the sales region assigned.
Seek out and develop New Businesses.
Manage and maintain good business working relationships with the Distributors and Channel Partners.
Manage and maintain good business working relationships with Direct and Key Accounts.
When job tasks are done well, the key major deliverables are:

Meet or exceed Sales Revenue and Operating Profit set targets.
Generated New Business Development opportunities.
Customers and Distributors achieved full service satisfaction.
Have wealth of solid and concrete up to-date market information to formulate tactical sales strategies.
Have excellent feel and assessment of new markets and open opportunities for further business growth.


Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage and work with appointed Distributors and Channel Partners in East China Region to achieve sales volume, revenue and profit targets.

2. Responsible and accountable for Key Account Management

3. Collate and submit Key Account visitation reports and to share such with global team.

4. Achieve personal work performance targets and project/task deadlines, as set out and agreed upon with immediate Supervisor during performance appraisal reviews.

5. Coordinate all Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Financial (Payment from Customer) activities in East China Region.

6. Coordinate all Technical Service calls with SPS TS team

7. Submit Monthly Sales report to immediate Supervisor highlighting sales performance and trend for each respective country in East China Region.

8. Meet quarterly with immediate Supervisor to review business progress and assess / evaluate on personal work performance status.

9. Maintain and upkeep a list of up-to-date competitive business developments, projects and opportunities.

10. Attend and participate in group meetings where focus is on identification of new business opportunities.

11. Participate in relevant and related tele/video conference calls and meetings.

12. Perform any other duties that are assigned by the Company.
