Qualification:

1.Junior college or Bachelor degree, majoring in electronics or related;
2. With 6 + years experience related SMT equipment repair and maintenance(FUJI&Siemens);
3. Good English skills both in read and writing requirement;
4. Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC, With Lean & 6 Sigma concept;
5. Have FUJI CP, QP & NXT repair, Siemens X4 series Calibration experience;
6. Have buy-off machine(CPK & CMK) capability;
7. Reduce machine down time percentage from 2% to 1.5%;
8. Improve machine throw out rate from 0.06% to 0.04%;
9. Reduce and Feeder maintenance expense;
10. Conduct training for line support and shift leaders;
11. Support project engineers to improve SMT post reflow yield.



Job Description:

1. To lead PM group to be very well repair and maintenance machine;
2. To perform machine buy-off and calibration;
3. To manage machine spare parts;
4. To be timly upgrade machine software and hardware;
5. To conduct training for line support and shift leaders;
6. To support CFT project engineer.
