Requirement：职位要求
1.Mechanical, mechatronic or correlative background, five years experience for manufacture and design career.机械或机电一体化或相关专业，有5年以上的生产制造及产品设计工作经验。
2.Minimum 3 years experience in a production engineering management role。至少3年以上生产工程管理经验。
3.Strong knowledge of manufacturing Technology and overall planning.有较强的制造技术和整体规划知识.
4.Quite familiar with production process establishment, lean production knowledge. 熟悉生产工艺流程的建立，有一定的精益生产管理知识。
5.Excellent skills on the new products launch and project management. 较好的产品导入和项目管理能力。
6.Being capable of working with MS,Office,AtuoCAD, Solidworks. 熟练使用MS,Office AtuoCAD, Solidworks 软件.
7.Able to command English fluently both in writing and speaking. Able to write English meeting minutes and deliver presentation in English.熟练使用英文书写和对话，能够用英文进行会议记录及报告。
8.Excellent communication skills; both written and spoken.良好的书面和口头沟通技能。
9.Motivate and develop people effectively. Good decision maker. Can work under pressure. Able to delegate tasks. 有效激励员工，良好的决策能力, 能承受大的工作压力,能够授权。

Responsibilities：工作职责
1.Design and improve plant layout and eliminate non value adding activities through the lean concept.以精益生产的概念负责工厂整体布局的设计及更新和改善。
2.To be responsible for leading new products of trial run and mass production. Apply DFA& DFM techniques.负责领导新产品试产，及批量投产工作。运用DFA & DFM技术。
3.Establish process of product with lean concept and coordinate with related departments to follow up
以精益生产的概念制定产品的生产流程，并协调相关部门贯彻执行。
4.To manage new projects effectively.有效的领导新的项目。
5.Arrange training on products for employees and technique support.组织产品知识的培训及技术支持工.
6.Ensure engineering changes are implemented timely and accurately.确保工程变更及时、准确的实施。
7.Ensure that continuous development of all staff in production engineering department, in order to reach full departmental objective.确保生产工程部员工的持续发展以达成部门绩效。
