Job Description:

1. Carry out the duties of cashier
2. Payment processing
3. Accounts receivables (including AR receipts in Adage)
4. Generate VAT invoices and perform tax reporting
5. Maintenance of the fixed asset register and depreciation schedule to safeguard the integrity of company assets and properties. Input monthly depreciation amount in Adage.
6. Updating of ICTP in Adage.
7. Assist in the completion of year-end audits and preparation of year-end accounts and schedules.
8. Other ad-hoc projects/activities as directed by the Accountant and/or the Finance Director.
9. Support MD, FD, and management team in the implementation of strategies to maintain the company's sustainability, growth and profitability.
10. Any other duties, assignments and tasks as given by the Company.

Requirements:

1. A diploma or a degree in Accountancy.
2. Two years relevant experience.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and preferably, in English.
4. Exposure to ERP systems (local and foreign) is highly advantageous.
5. Prior working experience with an MNC (if any) will be an added advantage.
6. Should have good communication and organizational capability to work with and interact with all levels within the organization, be meticulous in all transactions and keeping to assigned reporting deadlines.
