Target of the job:

1. To ensure reimbursement related documents comply with legal requirements and company polices.

2. To secure VAT invoices issued accurately and timely.

B) Content Details

Tasks and responsibilities:

1. Expenses 30%

1) Collect and check daily expenses reports

2) Enter reimbursement vouchers into SAP system  

2. VAT invoice 50%

1) Issue VAT invoices according to billing documents and shipment report every day

2) Maintain VAT invoices no. into SAP

3) VAT invoice certification

4) Purchase VAT invoices

5) Reconcile output VAT between SAP and Golden tax

3. Cashier15%

1) Bank payments cheque or e-banking preparation

2) Release payments in SAP

3) Foreign income declaration

4) Execution for bank account setup, closing and change

5) Send the daily account balance to Finance manager and AR accountant

6) Reconcile between the book and the bank account monthly

7) Assist in document binding, sorting, filing and storage

4. Others : others assigned by direct manager 5%

C) Qualification 

1. Education & Major

College degree in Finance or Accounting

2. Necessary experience & Skills

1) Better to have experiences working in Finance/Accounting

2) Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)

3) Good communication skills

4) Experience with SAP or similar ERP Systems is a plus but not must

5) Serious working attitude, responsible, patient and efficient; teamwork spirit; good capability in self-study;

3. Special knowledge & Certificate ( eg. ISO, OHSAS,, 6 sigma… …)
