The supply chain coordinator role will be an ideal fit for an individual with in depth experience in supply chain management, international logistics and shipping. A significant part of the role will be focused on the management and execution of the company’s logistical and supply chain activities. This will require close cooperation with suppliers, freight forwarders and shipping agents around the world to ensure the efficient, cost effective and reliable delivery of products to customers. There is therefore a requirement to be flexible and willing to travel in addition to being fluent in both Mandarin and English. In addition to these activities, the logistics coordinator will be responsible for working with the company accounting team and government customs and tax organisations to manage company tax obligations.

Responsibilities

职责：

·Set up and manage company logistics processes

·建立和管理公司物流进程

·Deliver the most reliable, efficient and cost effective solution for the delivery of products to customers

·对于公司货物的运输，实现最可靠、最有效和最划算的解决方案

·Work with suppliers and customers to create, implement and manage product delivery plans to ensure delivery commitments to customers are always met

·与供应商和客户协作建立、实施和管理产品运送计划，确保运送任务按时完成

·Ensure contracted supplier logistical obligations are met and resolve any programme delivery issues / risks through the development and execution of recovery plans.

·确保签了契约的供应商物流任务得以按时完成并通过开发和实施恢复计划解决任何计划运送问题和预防相关风险

·Internally maintain planning data and provide regular management reports

·对内保存计划数据并停工日常管理报告

·To be the primary interface and lead operational relationships with suppliers and to co-ordinate all improvement activity associated with planning, control, inventory, delivery and lead time

·As part of the Business reviews understand Load and Capacity and other constraints within suppliers that may impact performance and delivery

·Ensure paperwork and information transfer in relation to all part movements is compliant with business and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and experience

Requirements:

·Degree in logistics or related subject with minimum 2 years full-time experience

·Experience in a logistics, supply chain manager or similar role

·Good organisation and planning skills

·Punctual and professional

·Fluent in Mandarin and English

·Good communication and presentation skills

·High proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools

·Flexibility and willingness to travel within China and abroad (if required)

·Ability to lead a team and manage responsibility

·Experience of project management would be advantageous but not essential.
