1、 依据公司营销策略及各渠道产品开发年度规划，组织、协调产品组、包材供应商、采购、质量、生产等部门，负责产品及新包装开发项目管理；

2、 进行产品规划，包括品类规划，拟定化妆品开发或者改进提案，并按照相关方案落实配方工作，不断提升产品竞争力；

3、负责化妆品产品生命周期的管理，定期进行效益评估，包括产品改进、产品线延伸及淘汰方案以及不同时期的营销策略的制定、执行等。

4、 协调各部门工作，全面掌握开发前、开发中、采购、生产直到上市的进度，推动新产品开发及上市；

5、 进行产品上市后管理，定期进行效益评估，包括产品改进、产品线延伸及淘汰方案以及不同时期的营销策略的制定、执行等；

6、 完成部门间需配合协调的工作及领导交办的其它工作；

7、 重点产品推广规划，协助市场推广及促销企划进行产品推广及促销企划，达成品类经营目标；

岗位要求：

1、大专以上学历，5年以上化妆品美容行业工作经验，熟悉产品开发过程，3年以上同岗位管理工作经验；

2、熟悉化妆品行业特点和产品特性，熟悉现代通路销售及推广特点；

3、熟悉化妆品开发全过程，熟悉化妆品包装材料及创作工艺；

4、掌握一定的资源，并能独立主导开发供应商资源，与供应商沟通，及时跟进研发与生产进度，保证产品准时交付；

5、良好的组织、沟通、管理和监控能力，较强的产品分析和市场分析能力；

6、优秀的执行力，务实，责任心强，良好的抗压力。
