职位描述：
1. Analyse market trends, key players and competitors to create and improve the strategies for further market expansion.
2. Responsible for applying marketing plans that fit the overall marketing and business strategy of the company
3. Coordinates with sales and other functions to monitor and analyst market trends.
4. Collect and filter all related market information and give supporting of market related to the high level management.
5. Cooperate with sales and keep relationship with customers
6. Responsible for all marketing events like exhibitions etc. in China and cooperate with group marketing to provide supporting if needed.
7. Attend the new project process with sales and other colleagues, to provide supporting of marketing related.
8. Trading events handle cooperate with sales
9. Other tasks assigned by leader.
Competencies:
1. Knowledge of Products Marketing of Commercial vehicle, car components related, very familiar of the marketing of Commercial vehicle industry
2. Strong Marketing oriented mentality with strong analytical and communication skills
3. Self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
4. Understand market/clients requirements in the industries.
5. Strong Marketing management skill, good interpersonal skills.
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English
7. Ability to work in an international organization
8. Willing to travel within China and Far East
Education and/or Experience:
1. Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, or international business from a recognized university.
2. 3+ years marketing experience in the Commercial vehicles/Power train or related industry.
3. Working experience in US companies is a plus.
