3.具有3年以上钣金厂从事相关工作经历；
4.具有良好的机械图纸阅读能力，能独立看懂钣金产品的装配包装图纸；
5.熟悉钣金装配产品的本质特点，了解产品品质流程，熟悉发货流程；
6.有较强沟通能力和管理能力，做事细心负责，良好的团队合作精神，吃苦耐劳，服从分配。
