职责:

1.负责北中国区的DFM服务

2.和商务部一起确定和完成客户端的文件收集，并执行DFM分析。

3.使用Valor软件产生DFM报告

4.执行DFM分析，DFC分析，品质和效率的流程改善。

5.和项目PE/SME审阅DFM报告，并收集产品设计的反馈信息优先提供给客户

6.和客户审阅DFM报告。

7.和工艺工程师将产品的组装异常问题加入到DFM报告中。

8.通过适当的组织内部的成员沟通，得到设计和制造的知识和技能帮助。

9.集中于减少周期时间，提升品质，减少成本的工艺改善

10.提供拼板设计和生产效率报告。

11.领导支持团队的沟通。

12.提升技术规范，指导方针和程序文件，如果有需要。

13.提供任何有关标准更新的反馈。

14.参于DFM有关的会议。

15.提供DFM工具改善的反馈给公司。

16.登记DFM项目并追踪。

职位要求:

1.卓越PCB/PCBA制造工艺和技术知识。

2.丰富的SMT和PTH知识经验。

3.有硬板和软板的知识。

4.至少两年相关领域的工作经验。

5.在ODM和代工制造领域富有工作经验。

6.非常熟悉JEDEC or IPC标准。

7.熟悉使用Valor软件

8.机械，电子或工业技术相关专业，本科学士，

9.有管理能力。

10.态度积极，富有创新思维。

11.卓越的沟通技能（书写和口头沟通）

12.基本的英语沟通，中文沟通。

Responsibility:
1.Provide DFM analysis service to North Asia Region.
2.Work with PMs to verify and to complete the documentation received from customer to perform the DFM analysis.
3.Use Valor software tool to generate DFM reports
4.Performing Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis, Design for Cost (DFC) analysis, and process optimization for quality and productivity improvement.
5.Conduct DFM review with site PE/SME to gather feedback on DFM violations highlighted, which will be incorporated in the report prior to release to customer.
6.Review the DFM report with customers
7.Work with process engineers to add the assembly issues from production into the DFM report.
8.Resolving manufacturing problems by applying knowledge and skills, escalating design, manufacturing issues to other people within the organization when appropriate.
9.Focusing on process improvement which will result in reducing process cycle time, increasing quality and reducing cost.
10.Generate Panel design and run yield prediction
11.Take leadership in communication with other support groups
12.Develop technical specifications, guidelines, and procedures if required.
13.Provide feedback for any rules update.
14.Attend meeting pertaining to DFM issues.
15.Provide feedback to corporate for DFM tool improvements.
16.Log DFM jobs and track its’ closure.

Position Requirement
1.Excellent Knowledge of PCB/PCBA manufacturing process and technologies
2.Experience with both SMT and PTH technologies
3.Knowledge of both Rigid boards and Flex circuits
4.At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
5.Experience working with contract manufacturing and ODM vendors
6.Strong knowledge of JEDEC or IPC standards
7.Experience with Valor is a plus
8.BS degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial technology
9.Ability to work with minimum supervision
10.Positive attitude & rich in bright implementable ideas
11.Excellent communication skills, (written, and verbal)
12.Ability to communicate in English (basic) and Chinese.
13.Strong attention to details, highly organized, computer literate
14.Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
