职位描述：
? To answer all incoming and outgoing calls for concierge/travel/medical assistance in a prompt, warm and courteous manner in line with company standards
根据公司标准，迅速、热情、礼貌得处理援助业务(贵宾服务/旅行援助/健康管理)的呼入和呼出电话
? To be the first point of contact for external customers, assistance providers and colleagues as the role of coordinator in the course of service delivery to our clients
在整个服务过程中，与外部客户、援助供应商和内部同事协调救援事宜，确保案件正确处理
? To work in a team environment to ensure proper case handling
在团队合作下，保证案件的正确处理
? To work towards achieving on all objectives set for department and individual
努力完成部门和个人的工作目标
? To work on other projects as assignment by operation supervisor
完成上级 安排的其他工作

 College graduate and above
大专以上学历
? Excellent command of English and Mandarin(verbal and written), third language is an advantage
熟练掌握英文和中文（口语和书面），如有第三语言优先考虑
? Can handle multiple & urgent tasks
善于处理紧急、繁杂的工作；
? Available to work by shift ( normally 3 shifts) ; overnight shift (normally average 5 night shifts per month) is required
适应轮班制度（通常为3个班次）; 能上夜班 (通常每月平均5个夜班)
? Excellent communication skills
良好的沟通技巧
? Excellent PC skills(Word, Excel, Internet)
良好的PC技巧(Word, Excel, Internet)
? Experiences in call center/customer services are advantage
