职位描述：
Job Description
 
1. Project leader to work on improvement projects of yield, quality, process capability and cost reduction
2. Key contributor to provide clear work instruction to production daily operation, non-compliance disposal and evidence
          recording
3. Responsible for equipment buy off, material qualification and supplier audit with SQE.
4. Support failure analysis, customers’ special requirement
5. Interaction with other departments
6. Help with talent development and provide proven skills to other team member within process engineering team
7. Other duties assigned

Experience Requirements
 
1. Familiar with plating technology or mechanical machining
2. Minimum 5 years related experience, and at least 3 years in production environment

Educational Requirements
 
1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in chemistry or mechanical engineering

Other Requirements
 
1. Good knowledge in project management with proven analytical skills in data mining, data-driven conclusion
2. Good communication skills, accountability, integrity, leadership, coordination, team building.
