职位描述：
The main responsibility of this position is to support sales team by offering technical service to customers in the various segments of composites applications e.g. Marine, Wind Energy and Industry, to do internal technical development projects and external CCG projects.
支持公司材料销售业务，为客户提供风电叶片、船艇、工业行业的复合材料技术、工艺相关的的技术服务；协助完成公司内部技术开发项目；外部CCG技术咨询项目。

Key responsibilities and accountability - includes but is not limited to:岗位职责 包括但不仅限于:
1.Carry out physical tests of materials, interpret/analyse test data, and conclude technical report. Implement process test of composite sandwich sample fabrication in the lab, with the know-how on Vacuum Infusion.
材料测试，复合材料样板制作，分析，撰写技术报告。试验室进行相关项目的真空灌注工艺试验。
2.On-site support of composite manufacturing process and test on customer’s premise
客户现场复合材料工艺技术服务。
3.Develop new application with composite engineering solutions and technical advice.
通过复合材料设计和技术建议开发新的产品应用。
4.Take ownership of the composite materials workshop and laboratory and maintain and build the capabilities of the laboratory
对内对外的真空灌注工艺培训和试验室能力建设。

Education and experience 教育学历和工作经验:
1.Bachelor Degree in relevant subject such as Naval Architect, Mechanics Engineering or Material Technology
船舶工程、结构力学、材料等相关学科，本科或以上学历。
2.3-5 years of experience in design, engineering, or manufacturing of composite structures
3～5年的结构计算、复合材料部件制造的实际工作经验。
3.Experience with vacuum infusion process technology in composites boat and/or wind turbine industry is preferred.
对真空灌注工艺精通或有风电叶片/船艇建造工艺经验会被优先考虑。

Required knowledge, skills and abilities 必备的知识、技能和能力:
1.Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D CAD software or other relevant design/engineering software
AutoCAD等工程软件或其他设计计算软件
2.Good verbal & written English
良好的英语口头沟通和书写能力
3.Excellent communication and inter-personal skills and hands-on ability
较好的人际交流和沟通能力，良好的动手操作能力
