职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、建立健全部门规章制度和流程规范，并严格落实执行，保证仓储运营质量与效率，并持续改进。
2、完善盘点流程，持续盘点过程，确保帐卡物保持一致。
3、根据每日盘点，掌握实时有效库存，分析库存差异原因并提供整改方案。
4、建立及时有效的汇报机制，做好仓库各项管理工作的日报、周报、月报的反馈工作。
5、负责仓储物资的安全管理，对仓库物资起到监督作用。

任职要求：
1、5年以上制造业仓储管理工作经验（有汽车行业精益生产经验优先），大专以上学历，性别不限。
2、熟悉ERP操作流程、善于数据分析和报表制作。
3、具有良好的沟通、表达及协调能力，具有丰富社会经验，管理经验。
4、工作认真细心，责任心强，正直诚信，团队感强，能经受压力。
5、外企仓库管理工作经验和外协仓库管理工作经验优先。
