Skills and knowledge requirement
1.Sound knowledge of up to date HR and administration practices both local and other relating areas
2.University graduate or higher, at least 2 years working experience in HR field focusing on staffing/training/C&B function preferred with multi-national companies
3.Be capable of well handing interpersonal relation and excellent presentation skills; Able to carry out work under pressure
4.Good English language ability
5.Skillful in using all office software
6.Skill in working at database

Major Responsibilities
1.Recruitment
a.Implement a serious working procedure in accordance with the recruitment policy.
b.Ensure DL&NE recruiting programs are in compliance with labor law.
c.Source & select appropriate recruiting channel for different posts.
d.Screen profile of applicants and builds up database of talents for the company.
2.Compensation and Benefit
a.Prepare monthly payment paper work for DL&NE.
b.Follow up government stipulation changes to enable company always in legal position.
c.Assist HR Manager deal with correlative C&B report.
3.Training
a.Conduct Orientation training.
b.Arrange Internal and external training.
c.Assist with customer audit.
4.Other tasks assigned by department head.
