职位描述:
Sales – 70% of the working time:

Implement and effectively utilize the strategic selling process
This including:

Collecting extensive key customers information
Potential customer list establish and classification
Function for Product training and glove recommendation
Be a Product consultant to key End-user
Assist TSM to coordinate the daily issues to Key distributors/Dealers

Attain sales target in Eastern china territory under the TSM instruction.
Plan sales trips in advance with goals in trip report
Fill in daily, weekly and monthly report noting K/A customer visited on correct forms
Coordinate with internal departments on sales logistics and follow up
Correct and improve the Sales forecast to the local distributors

Others – 30% of the working time

Collect and report competitor activities to TSM and maintain up to date and relevant information.
Assist to TSM to launch the annual Marketing Plan in relation to promotional programs and other support activities to distributors.
Assist with the execution of specific regional sales promotions and advertising in line with the annual Marketing plan.
Co-ordinate Trade Show/Expo activities including arranging display stands, promotional themes/strategies, support material, lead generation activities, etc.
Assist and coordinate Ansell Distributor promotions activities including providing images, text copy and layout guidance.
Ensure all business activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards
Maintain regular customer contact and analyze basic competitor activities.
Maintain and up to date and detailed understanding of sales results progress in line with annual budgets, including sales by distributor, by product, by verticals, etc.
Register customer complaints information into the database for processing
Provide assistance to TSM as necessary
Manage other projects from time to time as required.





KEY POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education
Relevant industrial qualification, prefer a four-year college degree

Job Experience
A proven academic track record
Prior exposure to/work experience in Sales and/or K/A works/support roles, Safety product sales experience would be beneficial but not required.
Knowledge / experience of Local cultures and languages would be a distinct advantage
Knowledge / experience in distributing of different industries and factories of jiangsu Territory


Knowledge and Skills
Computer literacy – Microsoft office (minimum intermediate level on all software packages)
SFDC or similar CRM software
Knowledge of Internet and search engines
Familiar with electronic artwork formats e.g. PDF, jpeg etc…
Pleasant and efficient phone management skills
Good English spelling, grammar and literacy skills
Effective communicator (in verbal and written form)
Know “to do”
Good planning and time management skills
