职位描述：
Purpose of the Job:
? Ensure availability of the defined DC product offering.
? Execute and safeguard operational replenishment process with best-in-class deliver capability derived from business requirements and reducing of inventory costs at the same time.
? Support partnership with Operation Center plants, suppliers or other internal or external stakeholders for mutual benefit.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
1. Set up material master for material planning purposes.
2. Maintain forecast for launch products as well as demand plans for running or phase-out products based on the guideline from DC demand planning.
3. Adjustment of demand planning in current month.
4. Perform daily planning in SAP system, meaning:
- Adjustment of MRP settings (such as MOQ, rounding values, range of coverage profiles)
- Adjustment of Safety levels
- Creation and tracking of replenishment orders
5. Manage of inventory turns and safety stock according to HQ target settings.
6. Daily backorder management and initiation of corrective actions.
7. Ensure Delivery Capability to all markets supplied out of the DC according to HQ target settings.
8. Coordinate in cooperation with involved parties about reprogramming, scrapping orders or other quality issues.
9. Contact person to Operation Center Order Handling.

Qualifications:
? University
? Business or commercial background
? At least 2-3 years’ related working experiences:
? Strong logistic, material planning & management and customer service experiences
? Understanding of supply chain and stock availability – order fulfillment
? Experience of working in a large supply chain organization
? Passion for success
? Sense of urgency and accountability
? Drive and adaptability to ensure that challenging targets are met
? Confident and resilient
? A team player, able to influence and communicate cross functionally, with the personal stature to influence colleagues up to senior level.
? Applicability
? Chinese (Native speaker)
? Fluent English in written and spoken
? Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
