职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Design of 3D CAD special machines, sub-assemblies and parts
2. Assemble a bill of materials and build instructions
3. Assist assembly team with questions
4. Develop new automation concepts/specifications or make improvements to existing products
5. Leadership, motivation and development of employees
Requirements:
1. Candidate possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 5 years professional experience in special machine building area
3. Strong knowledge and experience in Inventor, Solid works and Auto CAD
4. Proficient in Inventor 2012 +2 years of experience
5. Expert knowledge of special machine solutions and systems
6. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook)
7. Good knowledge of Chinese and English (better German)
8. Willingness to travel frequently to Germany for training (minimum stay 1 month)
9. Creativity, flexibility, motivation, communication and teamwork skills
