职位描述：
Scope of Work
1. Work as design and applications engineering interface with the customers.
2. Engineering and manufacturing development plan for new products utilizing existing technology, and for projects involving the conversion of products from other technologies.
3. Provide technical support for sales force within VCS in China and India.
4. Support the sales development process via technical presentations and engineering proposals.
5. Support the design and manufacturing process for cost estimating if necessary.
6. Define product validation activities related to new product development.
7. Participate in the APQP process and Customer locations.
8. Provide related engineering requirements to suppliers.
Key Goals:
1. Work close with sales team for new VCS business opportunities
2. Be familiar with engine FEAD system and vibration
3. Work with customers for VCS key products: IP, BSS, BSM, Damped Gear, VD, RD.

? Minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or equivalent
? 3-5 years of practical experience in sintered metal technology.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

? Fluent in Chinese and English.
? Business travel within China, able to travel abroad.
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
