职位描述：
Position Summary: This position is responsible for the daily production management according to the sales plan in order to achieve the maximum productivity and minimum loss while maintaining the excellent safety and environmental performance for the operation.

Key responsibilities:
1. Train the production team for the process control and safety and environmental knowledge and procedures. Ensure production operations are compliant of local environmental emission and safety regulation.
2. Develop and implement production plan according to sales forecast. Work with inter-department colleagues to keep the company on track to meet yearly production and sales target.
3. Develop and optimize the production process parameters based on the different product and/or customer specifications.
4. Implement daily inspection and correction for the production process and areas as well as operators.
5. Troubleshooting the issues and breakdowns to recover the issues and problems ASAP in an efficient way.
6. Conduct the safety and environmental training periodically, eliminate the hazards and report the safety and environmental performance.
7. Regularly reporting of the production performance to management and team.
8. Continuous improve the production performance to achievement maximum efficiency and minimum loss.
9. Assist the maintenance and other department to develop and execute the maintenance plan.
10. Track record of demonstrating integrity, strong work ethics and honesty.
11. Implement ISO procedures and update when necessary.
12. Other duties assigned by supervisor and company.

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above majored in Engineering preferable from mechanical or electrical engineering, or chemical engineering, or environmental protection
2. +8 years of experience in a technical/chemical manufacturing background with process improvement/management experience. More than 3 years management experience is preferred.
