岗位职责：

1.成单客户合同的催出、打印制作、跟进签订和寄送；

2.解答成单客户相关合同的疑问，协助合同成功签订；

3.及时流畅地与海外开发商、建筑商等公司接洽合同准备工作；

4.及时流畅地与海外开发商、建筑商等公司接洽合同修改工作；

5.整理归档已签订合同；


岗位要求：

1.精通的英文阅读能力；

2.良好的中英文对接沟通能力；

3.细心谨慎的材料核实与管理能力；
