Requirement:
o Bachelor's degree (Master's or higher preferred) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
o At least 2 years experience in similar roles in the skin care industry and > 5yrs working in a skin care R&D laboratory as a formulator.
o Strong chemistry, skin care formulation and manufacturing process technical expertise.
o Awareness & experience working with local RM suppliers.
o Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with people at all levels inside and outside the organisation.
o Fluent in Mandarin & English
Responsibility:
o Develop skin care formulas suitable for the Chinese & Asian market using preferentially Chinese raw materials.
o Oversee the transfer & industrialisation of new products/formulas from HQ (Switzerland) R&D to local production unit. This will involve reformulation via raw material substitution to replace internationally sourced RMs with lower cost Chinese sourced raw materials.
o Provide all required technical information & explanations required by sales team and customers.
o Oversee pilot production of newly developed formulas.
o Participate in "first production"of new skin care products in the plant.
o Assist local purchasing team in the identification of new raw material sources suitable for the skin care business.
o Work closely with HQ R&D team to exchange technical information & "know-how".

    莹特丽科技（苏州工业园区）有限公司是莹特丽集团于2005年在苏州工业园区注册的一家以内销为主的化妆品研发生产公司，占地1.5万平方米，2006年底建成，2007年2月开始试生产，主要为国内客户提供彩妆及护肤的一条龙服务。由于业务发展需要，在2013年6月又在园区筹建了莹特丽科技的新厂区，并在2015年3月开始试生产，截至2016年，成品总产能已达1.78亿件。
