Locate in Suzhou Wuzhong site
Job Description
- Normal Production sustains. Capacity improve and bonepile control
- Production Critical failure analysis and FMEA implementation
- Software & Hardware upgrade for testing system. ECF Implement and issue tracking
- Interacts with Manufactory and Customer to introduce new project, follow testing issue from new product to mass production
- Quality improvement discuss and corrective action plans.
- Internal daily audit and action, keep improvement
- Teamwork with CFT member and customer, and communication with customer for issue feedback and reporting.
- Document finalize for test procedures
- Weekly con-call with customer in English,issue and action tracking
Requirement
- College degree above, >5 yeas applicable professional experience with electronics and engineering background
- PCBA level testing and troubleshooting knowledge, experience on GSM/CDMA product testing and mobile phone manufactory will be a plus
- Good command of written and spoken Japanese
- Good computer skills
- Team work and continuous improvement sense
