职位描述
JD:
1.Plans,studies and collects data to determine costs of business activity such as material,labor and overheads ect.and lead to set up/maintain standard cost system to ensure timely and accurately cost calculation and analysis.
2.responsible for analyzing standard cost by product line and changes in product design,material procurement ,manufacturing methods or services provided to determine effects on costs
3.Makes estimates of new and proposed product or service costs
4.Provide timely cost management reporting analysis including COGS,margin,yield,portfolio,production capacity variances etc.and other assigned analysis reporting.
5.proactively monitor and record all sources of cost variation,including usage/volume/yield variation,and any price movements based on supplier costs;
6.Work in team for monthly closing,financial report via ERP to the group
7.Supervise daily operational activities within the cost accounting functions
8.Implement appropriate policies and procedures to account for COGS,standard cost and variable operational costs ect.
9.Set up pricing strategy and calculate quotation and tenders for future business as directed
10.Support to prepare the yearly budget,rolling forecast and provide analysis on cost ratio and inventory turns
11.Chase the unreasonable variance and provide suggestion/contructive proposal to improve cost control
12.Lead monthly/quarterly/yearly Stock-taking
13.Procative to build up financial procedures especially inventory management,and take proper action to ensure the procedures are implemented.
14.Communicate with other departments as necessary about cost issues and provide proposal and analysis if required.
15.Support the internal/external audit
Qualification:
1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent major in accounting or finance a plus
2.At least 8years relative working experience in manufacturing environment in a multinational environment
3.Fluent in oral and written English
4.strong understanding of internal controls,business process analysisi and risk assessment
5.Excellent communication skills,particularly technical writing skills
6.Working knowledge of MS Office suit(Word,Excel,PowerPoint),MS Visio,MS Project
7.Ability to manage multiple priotities while maintaining attention to detail
8.Strong analytical and problem aolving skills
