职位描述：
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Junior college in Machinery or mould. , At least 5 years work background on similar Plastic tooling/moulding;
大专以上机械或模具专业，五年以上塑料模具/注塑的相关经验；
2. Excellent communication skill; Excellent independent monitor skill on tooling supplier;
优秀的沟通技能，优秀的独立监控模具供应商的技能；
3. Excellent tooling project management skill such as planning, tool design analysis, injection process analysis, problem solving and etc.;
优秀的模具项目管理能力，如项目计划、模具设计审核、注塑过程分析，解决问题等；
4. Qualified on ISO9001 internal auditor;
已获取ISO9001内审员资格；
5. Excellent skill on English listening, speaking, reporting;
优秀的英文听说写能力；
6. Excellent skill on Solidworks and office, be familiar with Pro-E, or UG etc;
熟练使用Solidworks及office办公软件，了解pro/E, UG等；
7. Good cost control sense;
有成本控制的概念；
8. Good professional ethics and work responsible sense.
良好的职业道德及工作责任心。

RESPONSIBILITIES
工作职责：
1. Follow up the new project both of technique and manufacture from beginning to the end;
跟踪新产品项目的开发,包括技术及制造, 自始至终；
2. Support project quotation and technical evaluation for new business;
对项目进行技术评估并报价；
3. Tooling design concept/DFM 3D&2D drawing review and submission/approval;
根据客户的2D/3D图进行模具设计概念分析并与客户沟通递交DFM至获得批准；
4. Project management, Material/resin/package preparing, Monitoring tool manufacture process and attending mold trial in supplier; Control time according to customer’s requirement;
项目管理，包括原材料、包装准备，模具制造过程的监控，参加试模。根据客户要求，控制项目时间；
5. Coordinate with internal team on tooling validation according to Global procedure;
与项目团队合作，按照程序验证模具；
6. Keeping project documentation according to procedure required; Submission samples and handover projects;
根据程序要求保留相关文件；递交样品并移交项目；
7. Other project related duties as assigned by management;
其它的与项目相关的任务；
8. Respect colleagues each other, initiative communication and cooperation;
尊重同事，主动沟通与合作；
9. Keep the work area tidy and clear.
