工作职责 Job Responsibilities：

1.负责组织公司质量体系文件的编写、审核、实施，并维护质量体系的日常运行；
Organize to prepare, check, implement Quality system document, and ensure the quality system implemented
2.负责计划和实施年度内部质量体系(16949)审核，并跟踪审核发现项的实施；
Plan and carry out yearly internal quality management system（16949) audit and follow up the audit findings implementation.
3.编制管理评审计划并完成管理评审报告；
Prepare Management Review plan and finish Management Review report;
4.负责计划和实施年度过程审核(VDA6.3)，并跟踪审核发现项的实施；
Plan and carry out yearly process audit(VDA6.3) and follow up the audit findings implementation;
5.负责客户审核的协调和陪同，跟踪审核发现项的实施并按时反馈给客户；
Coordinate customer audit, follow up the audit findings implementation and ensure feedback to customer on time;
6.负责第三方审核的协调和陪同，跟踪审核发现项的实施并按时反馈给审核组；
Coordinate 3rd party audit, follow up the audit findings implementation and ensure feedback to auditor on time;
7.负责跟踪公司KPI的结果并编制质量部门的月度报告；
Follow up whole company KPI result and prepare quality department monthly report;
8.负责公司受控文件的管理（受控、发放、回收）；
Responsible for all document control and management(control, release, withdraw);
9.发布并通知全体员工关于质量体系的相关文件和检查结果；
Issue & inform Quality system relative document & audit results to overall employees;
10.根据公司和顾客的最新要求，不断更新程序文件，使质量体系的运行更有效，更符合顾客的需求；
Continuous improve our Quality system as customers and our development requirements;
11.文件管理及训练组事宜
DCC&HRBP related function.
12.完成上级领导安排的其它工作
Other tasks assigned by quality manager.

工作职责 Job Qualifications：
1.本科以上学历，3年以上同岗位工作经验；
Bechelor degree or above, 3+ years working experience in related position.
2.熟悉IATF16949体系；
Know IATF16949 standard well.
3.良好的沟通及跨部门协作能力；
Ability to communicate and interact well with people in all departments.
4.熟悉APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA,CP, 8D 等质量工具；
Familiar with APQP,PPAP,SPC,MSA,CP, 8D etc.
5.有IATF16949 内审员资格证的优先。
Cetification of IATF16949 internal auditor preferred
6.熟悉汽车电子制造行业生产流程，熟悉通用、福特、大众的审核体系。
