职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.Service all IFS users in Asia to trouble shooting and solve IFS issues
2.Create, update and optimize local IFS report and crystal report to improve users’ work efficiency
3.Develop and optimize business processes in IFS system according to business development requirements
4.Configure and trouble shoot IFS application servers
5.Maintain 2X Environment
6.Prepare User manual and relate technical document
7.Training and improve end users IFS skills
8.Be responsible for user IFS accounts management, including creating new accounts, modifying user permissions
9.Be responsible for IFS project implement and improvement

Education & Training:
-Degree in Computer Science or related subject (mandatory)

Experience & Competency:
-Have good knowledge of ERP systems
-Be familiar with IFS system vs. Business Processes
-Some knowledge of PL/SQL queries
-Some knowledge of Crystal Report development
-Terminal server maintenance experience is preferred
-Good knowledge of Windows Server, Windows OS and network system
-Good knowledge of Network/performance monitoring
-Good English skills, written and Oral
-Good communication skills
