职位描述：
PRIMARY DUTIES 主要职责:

1、 Establish and maintain company EHS system according to applicable standard . Set up and improve EHS related rules and procedure. Ensure the daily operation compliance with the laws/regulations and company management requirements.
按照适用标准构建和维护公司EHS体系，建立健全公司EHS管理相关制度和流程，确保日常运行满足法律法规要求和公司管理目标。
2、 Organize the regular check, supervision，monitoring and audit to ensure the day-to-day compliance. Provide the EHS data statistics and report timely.
组织定期检查、监督、监测和审核，确保EHS日常符合性，及时完成EHS数据统计和报告。
3、 Identify and evaluate potential EHS risk. Coordinate and conduct the risk evaluation and analysis, and organize the countermeasures to solve the risk to avoid EHS accident/ incident occurrence.
识别和评估潜在EHS风险，协调并主导风险的评估及分析，组织潜在风险解决措施的制度，防范EHS事故/事件发生。
4、 Implement Safety/Environmental/Occupational Health incident/accident investigation and treatment. Organize the root cause analysis and action creation. Push all CPARs closed within a timeline.
实施安全/环境/职业健康事件/事故调查处理，组织根本原因分析和措施制度，推动纠正预防措施计划在规定时间内关闭。
5、 Join in the risk management for new material/equipment/process introduction from EHS side. 对EHS方面参与新材料/新设备/新工艺的风险管理
6、 Manage onsite PPE use, special equipment/workers qualification, firefighting equipment inspection and maintenance, contractor safety, etc to be full complied with internal procedures and laws/ regulations.
管理现场PPE使用、特种设备/特殊工种人员资质、消防设施检查维保、承包商安全作业等完全符合内部程序和法律法规。
7、 Implement EHS training to new hires, employees on active duty and subcontractors per defined schedule.Organzie the daily drill of emergency.
按规定的时间对新员工、在职员工及分包商实施EHS培训，组织应急措施的日常演练。
8、 Communicate internally and externally with local authorities/suppliers or other interested parties about EHS affairs.
与公司内部和外部地方政府部门、供应商或其它相关方进行EHS工作的沟通事宜。

EDUCATION and/or EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE 教育及相关资历

1、Junior college or above graduated major in safety, environment or related engineering speciality 安全、环境或相关工程专业大专以上学历
2、Registered Safety Engineer is preferred. 注册安全工程师优先
3、ISO14001/OHSAS18001 Internal Auditor ISO14001/OHSAS18001内审员
4、Familiar with Chinese laws and regulations related to safety and environment management. 熟悉中国安全环境管理相关法律法规
5、≥3 years working experience on EHS 三年以上EHS工作经验
6、Chinese/ English communication skill. 良好的中英文沟通能力。
