职位名称：副总经理-运营
工作地点：江苏省太仓市（紧邻上海）
下属部门：负责除人事行政、财务及销售（含售后）职能之外的所有部门（含生产、质量、工程、采购、物流等部门），员工约150人左右。
 
Main Job Description:
Ø Responsible for overall management of the plant operations with keen focus in production, quality, engineering, maintenance, purchasing and logistics, etc.
Ø Implement, review and improve management systems to achieve company normal operations and quality objectives.
Ø Create annual budgets for capital expenditures and operating expenses and closely control and monitor actual operating expenses against budget, full responsibility for independent P&L.
Ø Review manufacturing overhead and modify production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the plant.
Ø Set review and revise objectives for each department to ensure required level of performance.
Ø Accomplish quality and timely product delivery through direct supervision and leadership of plant workforce and encourage customer-focused philosophy.
Ø Instill low cost & high quality philosophy including cost reduction and
Ø unnecessary waste to ensure each function is cost-effective.
Ø To establish an environment of continuous improvement, resulting ever
Ø increasing targets, through the development of lean manufacturing and
Ø operations functional excellence across the plant.
Ø Responsible for continuous wastage reduction and quality improvement.
Ø Make effective utilization of resource and production capacity.
Ø Ensure production environment safety and prevent any accidents in production.
Ø Provide leadership through effective communication, coaching, training and development.
Ø Establish and monitor overall plant performance in the areas of quality, cost, delivery, and safety.
Ø Liaising among different departments. E.g. sales, finance.
Ø Communicate and report operational achievements and issues to corporate top management.
Ø Complete other work matters assigned by the general manager.

Qualification / Requirements:
Ø Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and relevant discipline.
Ø 10+ years manufacturing management experience, at least 5 years operation management experience in mechanical plants.
Ø Solid knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, quality systems and processes, inventory management, new product introduction, etc.
Ø Six Sigma and lean manufacturing skills.
Ø Proven team leadership capability, able to drive and influence work force to achieve targets.
Ø Self-motivated and team player.
Ø Demonstrated accountability and Can-Do attitude.
Ø Ability to work under pressure.
Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German will be a plus.
Ø Abroad study/work experience will be preferential.
Ø Younger than 45 years.
