职位描述：
主要工作职责(Main Responsibilities / Job Description)：
？ Guide and help to adjust the visual display of the store according to the display standard issued by headquarters, and ensure the store display consistently follows display standards.
？ 根据公司总部发出的陈列标准，指导和调整店铺视觉陈列，保证店铺陈列始终遵照陈列标准。
？ Convey guidelines issued by headquarters and the method of display to store in time, and applied to the actual display of store
？ 及时将总部发出的陈列指引调整和陈列手法传达给门店，并应用到门店实际陈列中。
？ Training and coaching retail staffs in product knowledge of the quarter.
？ 培训和教导门店人员相关季度的产品知识。
？ Inspected and evaluated the store image according to the company requirements, and spot checked the display knowledge of related store staff.
？ 按公司要求对店铺进行陈列检查和考评；并对相关店铺人员进行陈列知识抽查。
？ Submitted photos of store image and window display to VM department for check according to the requirements, and make adjustments based on the feedback from VM in time.
？ 按公司要求提交门店照片和橱窗给陈列部门审核，根据陈列部门反馈，及时作出调整。
？ Help manage display properties, ensure they are tidily kept in the store and the recyclable ones are not damaged.
？ 协助管理陈列道具，确保干净整齐的存放在门店中，并确保可循环使用的道具无破损。
？ Ensure that the dressing and grooming of store staffs conform to the company standards.
？ 确保店铺人员制服穿着和仪容仪表符合公司标准。
任职资格 (Requirements):
？ Bachelor Degree or above, major in arts & design preferred.
本科以上学历，艺术设计类专业优先。
？ One year or above VM related work experience, fast fashion industry preferred.
一年及以上陈列相关工作，快时尚行业优先。
？ Have excellent aesthetic ability, good sense of fashion, and master basic display skills, always ensure grasp the latest knowledge of display.
具备优秀的审美能力，时尚意识和基本陈列技巧，始终保证掌握和了解最新的陈列知识。
？ Have good communication skills, serve as the good bridge between the VM and stores, p
具备优秀的沟通能力，在VM和门店之间，起到好的桥梁作用。
？ Have great execution capability, complete the job from the headquarters timely and regularly
具备优秀的执行能力，能及时定时的完成公司总部发出的工作要求。
？ Accept other related work and adjustment requirement from company.
能接受公司传达的其他相关工作和调整。
？ Have a passion for retail works, do shop visit regularly according to company requirements, be willing to travel and adapt to the retail environment.
