General scope and
objective for the position: This role will initially take care of some daily accounting processes and can be a good contributor to enhance our capacity in tax and internal control.
主要职责目标
Main deliverables and Goals: >Timely and accurate payment arrangement (usually twice a month)
>Implement appropriate internal control in payment process
>Ensure the fixed assets list is complete
>Assist in tax declaration and VAT refund
>Period work shift with company and staff development
主要工作职责
Key responsibilities
And work tasks: >Personal expense claim verification and posting in ERP (M3) system
>AP matching, posting and internal control in ERP (M3) system
>Bank and cash balance reconciliation
>Responsible for input VAT verification in Suzhou factory
>Establish and maintain relationship with individual and business suppliers
>Expenses fluctuation analysis
>Assist in cash flow forecast
>Take part in semi-annual, annual physical counting of stock and fixed assets
>Support finance manager and other colleagues for ad hoc issues
工作经验要求
Work Experience:
? Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting
? Experience in handling tax issues is preferred
知识，技能要求
Required Knowlegde, skills:
? Tertiary education background in finance related subjects
? Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point, Windows system
教育及证书
Education & Certifications:
? Local or overseas professional certificates (eg. CMA, Intermediate-level accountant) are preferred
语言Languages:
? Can read and write in English, Good English skill is a definite advantage

? Strong attention to detail
? Eager to learn new things in finance area, with the potential to have further development in costing, forecast, budget
