职位描述：
职位目标 Position Target:
  - 熟练操作冲压机、铆接机和点焊机等设备。
    Skilled in operating the stamping machine、riveting machine and spot-welder machine etc.
  - 了解隔热罩使用的材料特性。
    Know the heat shield material characteristics in used.
  - 样件制作的工艺、产品改进。
    Prototype process technology, production improvement.
工作内容 Job Content:
  - 操作冲压机、铆接机和点焊机等生产隔热罩样件。
    Operating the stamping machine、riveting machine and spot-welder machine for heat shield prototype sample.
  - 对于生产过程中所发生的质量问题要做好详细记录并且向上级汇报。
    For the process of production quality issues should be detailed records and report to the superior.
  - 根据公司相关要求和图纸，对产品和零件进行进检并入库。
    Responsible for heat shield inspection and storage according to company related requirement and drawing, etc.
  - 负责指导、实施隔热罩工艺，并提出工艺要求或改进。
     Responsible for guiding and implementing the heat shield process technical, and raise the technical requirements or improvements.
任职资格 Qualification:
教育背景 Education Background:
- 技校毕业。Graduated from technical school.

培训经历 Training Experience:
- 冲压件生产。Stamping production.

经 验 Work Experience:
- 1年左右的汽车冲压件相关工作经验。About 1 years experiences in automotive stamping.

    技能技巧 Skills&Competence:
- 熟悉办公软件和AutoCAD软件。Familiar with MS Office applications and AutoCAD software。
- 对模具，夹具有一定了解。Have certain understanding for tooling and fixture.
- 会开叉车。Can drive a forklift.
- 有良好的英语口语和书写能力者优先。 Good oral and written English communications is a plus.
