职位描述：
Key Responsibilities:

Daily training events
? Assist line manager in establishing and perfecting the training system of DC workers;
? Do training needs survey ;Perfect the DC annual and quarterly training plan ;
? Assist in developing training courses, complete the training courseware, data statistics and report;
? Update and maintain the training related document;
? Assist line manager to evaluate training effect;
? Assist to further develop DC internal trainer, maintain DC internal trainer system;

Project training events
? Participate in project testing work;
? Make suitable training plan for project;
? Prepare training data in training system
? Implement project training and follow up training effect;

System and Processes
? Be familiar with SZDC operation policies and procedure. Be able to resolve problems or make training plan requiring knowledge of policies and procedures.

Other daily events
? Cooperate with supervisor to promote team work, coordinating the work among the team and the external linkage;
? Maintain the DC blackboard newsletter etc. to develop SZDC culture
? Complete other temporary work;

All DC site manager/ supervisor/team leader, DC planning team, HR & Admin team;
External
Human resource outsourcing company;

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

? Familiar with DC operation process
? Project experience

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

? College Degree, preferably with a logistic or management background
? 2 years related experience training is preferred
