职位描述：
DCC&HRBP
1. 负责公司质量和环境管理体系文件、iso系统文件、技术文档、工程图纸、生产资料的收集、整理、 鉴定、统一管理、编目、检索、统计与借阅、保存期限和监控工作。
2. 负责规划、协调全公司文件、资料工作，对各部门文件、资料工作进行监督、指导和检 查。
3. 负责起草公司各种技术资料及文件图档的标准范本，制订和组织实施 4. 外来文件的分发、核查与管理监控。
5. 受控文件的会签、评审、编号、分发的监督和实施。
6. 文件更改时更改记录、会签、评审、分发、回收与作废、定期销毁。
7. 定期对文件进行检查、评审（使用状态、适宜性、是否按规定执行等）。
8. 协助完成内部审核工作。
9. 审核各个部门的培训项目完成情况，分析培训需求，追踪培训计划
10.完成公司培训工作的记录签到工作
11.对培训效果进行追踪并培训质量和效果评估及学员考核
12.负责组织召集公司办公会议和其他有关会议，做好会议记录，根据需要撰写会议纪要，
并跟踪、检查、督促会议决议的贯彻实施
13.上级交办的其他事务；

要求：
1、大专以上学历；
2、有一定英语基础，优秀的读写能力；
3、应届生OK，有3年以上制造型企业工作经验者更佳 举报 分享

The markets in China and North America are supported with local application engineering as well as vehicle testing capabilities. A pool of more than 450 Patents worldwide enables us to provide industry leading edge technology to our customers.

Our in-house testing and validation capabilities support the development process. Unique in the industry, Fuba Automotive Electronics features the only worldwide Measurement field in Bad Salzdetfurth (Germany), where 3D Satellite Technology can be measured. This set-up simulates real life scenarios similar to day to day usage and result in outstanding reception quality.
