职位职责Tasks:
1. 参与新项目模具，工装，设备设计。
Tooling,equipment design for new project
2. 主导模具工装的试做，验收，转移及改善，PPAP 前样品制作。
New tooling trial,validation, transfer and improvement. Handle all the sample manufacture before PPAP
3. 工艺过程及标准设计，定义，改善，转移，监督及指导生产过程。
Process/standard design,improved,train and support max production

任职要求Requirement：
1. 本科以上学历,机械，自动化，材料工程及相关专业背景
Bachelor degree in mechanical / material engineering/eletrical/tooling design
2. 3年以上工作经验，项目管理/产品工艺/模具设计/新设备引进等相关工作经验，汽车橡胶缓冲件工作经历佳
