职位描述：
1、协助总经理制定项目的年度预算计划和招商政策；围绕公司招商目标拟定招商方针和策略计划，并领导下属完成目标；
2、负责公司招商运作，包括招商计划、各大活动洽谈组织、进度控制等；
3、做好市场调研、客户分析工作并及时反应市场信息；督促并按时提交部门每周/每月/年度等工作报告与报表；
4、建立完善的档案管理制度，确保意向书、合同、通知、公告等管理文件完整无缺；
5、负责招商客户的开发、搜集并整理客户资料，建立客户档案；
6、负责客户考核、管理、淘汰和选择；
7、负责部门人员的选拔、培训、工作安排、日常管理和绩效考评；
8、协助公司其他部门完成相关工作。

职位要求:
1、大专以上学历，十年以上全国大规模项目招商营运管理工作经验，并拥有一定客户资源和招商渠道；
2、能够带领招商团队完成招商工作的整体任务，以及团队的培养和训练，建设完善专业化的招商管理团队；
3、熟悉新零售城市合伙人商业模式，熟悉招商工作相关政策、法规、合同等；
4、为人乐观、抗压，团队合作力强，具有较强的沟通商务谈判能力与组织协调能力；
5、能够熟练使用电脑，独立使用办公软件；
