1, At least 5+ years of qualified working experience in related field
2, College Degree or above in electri or RF Engineering
3, Good spoken and written English, ability to communicate effectively
4, Assembly and soldering skills
4, Have a good understanding for elementary electronics and enclosures of it with reference to EMC and cooling.
5, Have knowledge about RF environment and experience from RF tuning.
6, Have experience from working with R&D prototypes related to Filters and Tower mounted Amplifiers
7, Team player with customer first-attitude
9, Experience from working with ISO quality system
Responsibility:
1. Development of next generation Filters and TMA for the telecom industry
2. Technical support for sourcing and purchasing.
3. Responsible for technology improvement and engineering changes, communicate with oversea engineer on technology
4. Support volume production whenever there is a need to
5. Suggest improvement for current products to improve RF tuning time and overall KPI

What we do
Microdata Telecom′s business idea is to offer cost effective high tech RF filter solutions.
