职位描述：
Summary of Position
1. This position will help to drive new strategic marketing initiatives for industrial connectivity solutions mainly in India and on requests for APAC as well.
2. Well knowledgeable of the market to develop marketing collaterals/sales tools to increase the foot print.
3. Highly data driven in providing ideas / future trends & technologies to Mid/Senior Management for making critical strategic decisions.
4. This position will be the owner for a few industrial cables product lines and will drive the growth in those product lines.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1. Coordinate internally with product, process and sample engineering for getting new and existing products designed and arranging to get the product samples made.
2. Coordinate with various functional teams like QA, Planning, Purchasing, customer support, etc for arranging the information / technical support for sales and AE team.
3. Making product brochures, PPT, website updates and regular sending regular updates to internal and external customer's about new products, applications and solutions.
4. Making case studies regarding the previously won projects or new ongoing projects.
5. Responsible for driving new product development with engineering / sourcing team.
6. Good at market analysis and new technology trends and collecting TAM/PAM/SAM data.
7. Basic knowledge of Java script program / VBA / SQL and should be able to write some basic programs.
8. Providing industrial cable product portfolio technical support to sales and customers.
9. Knowledge of cable types such as control &, instrumentation, foundation fieldbus, profibus, Ethernet, VFD, etc and its applications.
10. Communicating with suppliers for making new designs for sample kits, brochures, videos, catalogs, etc and developing it from concept to launch.
Job Requirements and Experiences
1. Degree/Diploma in engineering discipline is preferred. Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Computing, Automation, and Industrial will be highly valuable.
2. Language proficiency to communicate verbally and in writing is required.
3. Experience in Industrial Ethernet communication technologies is required
4. Experience/understanding of the Process Control and Automation Industrial market/sector is highly preferred.
5. Knowledge and working experiences in Automation systems (DCS, PLC) or Control & Instrumentation or Industrial Communications systems (Fieldbus, Ethernet) will be highly preferred.
6. Minimum of 2-3 years in a technical support role, with hands-on experience.
7. Self-discipline, proactive, initiative and willing to take on new challenges.
8. Ability to work independently and also a team player.
9. Able to work under pressure and willing to travel throughout the country and overseas when required.
