岗位职责：
1.负责行业解决方案销售目标达成.
2.负责市场竞争分析、掌握竞争对手信息，针对性制定竞争策略，保障项目成功及市场份额和格局优势。
3.理解客户需求、识别与产品相关的客户痛点，针对性的制定策略和方案，满足客户需求.
4.负责标书引导及答标、发货预测等相关工作。
5.品牌与方案，作为所属行业解决方案价值的传播者，策划价值宣讲、技术交流、专项品牌活动等
6.参与客户关系拓展，项目运作以及商务谈判等
 任职要求
1.电气工程及其自动化，以及相关专业优先考虑，本科及以上学历
2.三年以上变频器解决方案工作经验
3.较强的成就导向、人际理解能力和沟通能力。能适应跨文化工作环境，有留学或海外经历人员优先考虑。
