职位描述：
POSITION REQUIREMENTS：
1. Degree in engineering or business management.
2. At least 5 year experience as industrial in-direct material purchasing field.
3. Good understanding of contract management and high negotiation skill.
4. Expert knowledge in the management of in-direct material activities in respective categories.
5. Good English and communication skill.
RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Manage the orders derived from daily planning for direct materials (components).
2. Supervise the inventory weekly with the operator of warehouse and prepare the report of the results of it.
3. Detect and record incidents of service (late, not in good conditions) and perform a first direct contact with the provider reporting it to quality.
4. Manage incidents caused due to changes to programs or material returns with suppliers.
5. Verify received invoices and transfer them to the financial Department (ask for invoice to suppliers, compare invoice with receipt and verify that the invoice prices coincide with negotiated prices).
6. negotiate with suppliers conditions of purchase in terms of price, and quality of the assigned materials.
7. update price list in the system at the request of the Purchasing Department. Enter the price of the components in the system .
