Job responsibility：
1）Communicate with factory for shipping, delivery schedule, invoice…etc issues.
2）Preparing reports regarding inspection and delivery schedule every week and send those to sales offices.
3）Gathering relevant shipping documents in time and courier them out to sales office.
4）Deal with different forwarder and gather necessary information for ocean freight.
5）Preparing purchase order for factories.
Knowledge and skill requirements:
1）Familiar with all exporting related documents e.g. packing list, country of origin, bill of lading, invoices….etc.
2） Have rich experience deal with forwarder for ocean freight, air freight, courier, train shipments. 3. Email communicate with sales offices abroad is essential.
4）Good communication skill either internally and externally. Be able to negotiate with different parties to achieve the goals.
5）Good Microsoft word and excel skills.
6）English CET-4 or above.
7）Major in international trade or equivalent.
