职位描述：
?Graduate in Finance and Administration. Familiar of refrigeration knowledge . Have more than three years experience in refrigeration industry. Fluent in oral English
? Knowledge of the operation of the machines and deploy and define the preventive and corrective maintenance of the entire machinery of the company.
? Coordinate the different functions of the area, organizing the human and technical resources available.
? Direct, coordinate and manage its area staff, responsible for their motivation, assessment, training and development.
? Manage the translation of sales programs into production program, controlling and optimizing the time and cost of manufacture
? Study, propose and implement new forms and methods of work that lead to improvements in quality, cost and productivity.
? Participate in the analysis of the claims of customers, ensuring information feedback.
? Manage the outsourcing.
? Manage and control of raw materials, WIP and finished goods inventory.
? Collaborate in the elaboration of plans and aim of the company at a general level, determining the needs of staff, expenses and investments.
? Comply with and enforce compliance with legislation and regulations on prevention of occupational risks and the quality and environment management systems implemented in the company 举报 分享
