QUALIFICATIONS

1. 3-5 years Commercial Background in coating, ink, plastics or related industries.
2. Sales experience and skills (ability to sell value)
3. Experience in managing distributors
4. Chinese and English language skills
5. Working knowledge of coating/ink/plastic products
6. Good communication skills externally and internally
7. Ability to think strategically
8. Result oriented

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Develop effect pigment business in East China
2. Build relationships with various levels of decision makers of key customers
3. Work with marketing and technical organization for implementing business strategies
4. Manage sales channel in East China
5. Survey relevant markets/Explore and develop emerging market opportunities

DUTIES

1. Reports to the Commercial Director
2. Sales responsibility as given by his/her immediate boss
3. Develop new businesses by working with key customers
4. Maximize price / revenue of all sale activities
5. New market & assigned market assessment and penetration
7. Manage direct accounts
8. Manage distributors
9. Base in Suzhou or Shanghai (home office)

职责：销售
1. 向直接上司销售经理汇报工作。
2. 完成由直线经理所分派的销售任务。
3. 维护核心客户，在重要客户及大客户基础上实现增长。
4. 实现销售价格/利润最大化。
5. 评估和开拓新市场和指定市场。
6. 开拓新业务。
7. 管理直接客户。
8. 管理经销商。
9. 工作地点：苏州或上海（home office）
