职位描述：
Resposibilities:
Training and Development:
-Set up and develop Training and Development system framework according to organizational strategic objectives;
-Responsible for establishing training and development policies for guidelines;
-Make out orientation for new employees;
-Work with line manager to identify training needs and coordinate training budget;
-Establish training plan and implement training programs consistently;
-Responsible for developing employees’ capabilities development framework and leadership development learning plan;
-Follow-up to evaluate the effectiveness and keep the training records in an effective way;
-Create learning environment within the company; develop and utilize internal and external training resources to meet real training needs as well as company development needs.

Employee Relations:
-Work with HRD for communication activities of all coating centers;
-Collect employee relationship potential issues and take actions to prevent negative issue occurrence;
-Handle employee relations matters;
-Organize employee culture promotion activities;
-Conduct exit interview and analyze result.

Others:
-Perform other duties assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements:
-Education background: Bachelor and above degree preferably in HR Management related major.
-Experience: at least 8 years experiences in HR T&D functions in an international company, 3 years in team leader role.
-Professional knowledge and capabilities of HR management

­-Proficiency in computer applications
­-Good planning and presentation skills
-Self-driven, strong team spirit

­-High sense of responsibility
­-Strong Communication skill
­-Strong ability to assess situations and personalities
