职位描述：
1. Monitor the updates and development of existing and new governmental/local regulations
2. Continuously improve the EHS performance, EHS awareness and EHS culture
3. Build and implement EHS management system that includes policy, processes, procedures, checking and evaluation schemes
4. Provide EHS consultation and advice to support local operations in complying with EHS needs
5. Support / coordinate EHS audits within plants
6. Identify training needs, develop training programs and / or deliver trainings

？ Identify the hazards and evaluate the risk prioritize and carry out the proper control measures
？ Establish EHS related sytem and procedures ,such as responsibility rules, reward and punishment rules, training rules. And execute them. Establish EHS procedures and SOP with related team.
？ Establish the emergency response procedure,organise annual evacuation and fire drill.and evaluate the effect.
？ EHS audit onsite.
？ Incident and accident investigate,record,and the corrective and preventive measures work out with related department and follow up until closed.
？ HW management and declaration online
？ Communicate with the EHS related government.
？ EHS training
？ Occupational health management
？ The security guard management

At least 3 years of relevant experiences in manufacturing industry, certified safety engineer is a plus.
College or above, EHS related major, Chemical engineering or Mechanical engineering.
English communication skills.

    Mould produced with or without gelcoat, depending on customer manufacturing process
    Epoxy resin with Tg of 90°C, 110°C, 130°C or 160°C can be used, or alternatively vinylester
    Mould main shell produced by infusion or hand lamination at customer’s request
    Mould strengthened by composite core materials based on customer requirements
    Electric, liquid or air heating options
    PC based heating control, monitoring software
    Mould frame design using FEA software

    环氧树脂Tg值达90度，110度，130度或160度，或者选用乙烯基酯。

    可以选择电加热，液体加热或空气加热。
    全程电脑控制的模具加热和监控。
