职位描述：
Job Requirements:
1) Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8+ years HR working experiences in a multinational company;
2) At least 5 years workings experiences in C&B function;
3) Good knowledge in China labor law and regulation, and have practical experience in complying with legal requirements;
4) Experience with Job Evaluation Systems (Hay, Mercer);
5) Good knowledge of China Tax regulations with respect to IIT;
6) Good knowledge of China Labor laws and Social Insurance legislations;
7) Confident communicating and influencing at higher levels, in English and Chinese;
8) Good sense of interpersonal and influencing skills, effective communication with people from different cultures and levels, excellent in English;
9) Expert in Microsoft Office program, especial in Excel;
10) Strong logical and structure thinking;

Job Responsibilities:
1) Deep understanding corporate strategy and support HR Leader to propose, design and implement the total compensation solutions in China North Asia;
2) Based on current C&B policies and standard SOPs, finding opportunities for continuous improvement;
3) Review and maintain the existing compensation and benefit policies and process to ensure the external competitiveness and internal equity.
4) Acts as expertise on Payroll related topics, including monthly Payroll calculation for different locations/companies/Countries;
5) Work closely with Business HR for Payroll processes, Labor Cost Report, Financial approval process and Benefits implementations;
6) Be a China North Asia contact center for questions and queries from the company in China regarding policy queries and complex implementation issues related to C&B topics;
7) Key User of Global HR system and system owner for local HR system including system structure design, information maintain, report design, etc.;
8) Familiar with Versuit HR system;
9) Join in external salary survey and manage the process to the annual merit budget increases, providing data for Business HR of Labor Cost budgeting for new fiscal year;
10) Expert of China Labor Law, is able to learn and study other labor or related policies and laws in other countries in China North Asia; 举报 分享

凯拔的历史---
