职位描述：
1 Plan, schedule, and manage the materials for delivering time-critical components to support assigned production area.
2 Work with suppliers or Supply Chain to establish the appropriate delivery quantity and frequency for Just In Time delivery and line-side Kanban; coordinate with Supply Chain Specialist and Logistics as needed.
3 Define the inbound quantities and due dates from vendors, identify system demand or BOM issues, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
4 Generate and provide forecasts on a regular basis to support production build plan, minimize freight costs, and optimize inventory levels.
5 Maintain MRP master data parameters to ensure accurate signals for quantity and dates generated by MRP (i.e. lead times, MOQ’s, lot sizing, and safety stock) to minimize excess.
6 Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering to coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to plan for material and product end of life (EoL) and minimize obsolescence.
7 Assist in implementing systematic solutions to control inventory flow, minimize shortages, and maintain accuracy in ERP system.
8 Provide ongoing transparency of inventory levels and ensure continuous inventory accuracy
9 Work fluidly in a highly cross-functional team environment involving manufacturing and product development teams, as well as supply chain specialists, manufacturing engineers, and logistics personnel.
10 Assist with inventory control activities
11 Generate and publish metrics of performance. Generate and control Production Progress and create weekly trend charts.
12 Choreography, formulate and release the WO and implementation of production plan arrangement, and daily online monitor all molds, machines, equipment, worker status, if have any influence or can't meet the production plan of any abnormal factors, must be timely escalation of problem to next higher level
13 Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
1 Bachelors degree.
2 3+ years related experience in production control, materials management, production planning, material scheduling, or purchasing in a manufacturing company.
3 Analytical capabilities including data analysis to optimize delivery costs and inventory levels
4 Proficiency in MS Excel desired
5 Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on demand.
6 Problem solving ability in cross-functional and multi-cultural environment
7 Open-minded, collaborative and team-oriented attitude
